Some help would be great....

I have worked out since last February. Recently (September) I had left side epididymitis ( Yeah spelling is off). I took 3 1/2 weeks off of doing anything. Then October 6th and 7th I began to work out again. After these two days I started having horrible pain in my upper right groin area and lower right abdomen area. This made me go to 3 different doctors for a total of 6 visits and I had an ultrasound. Everything showed up clear in the ultrasound and all of the doctors told me that there was no clear sign of a hernia. So I took another 2-3 weeks off. I felt great and now in the last two days I started working out again and only did upper body workouts that had me sitting, and AGAIN I'm having some acute pain in my upper right groin and lower right abdomen. Besides the random aches, I feel pain when I lay on my stomach, occasional pain when I lay on my sides, and pain when I lay straight without my legs resting up. Right now, it is tense on the right side above my penis but below the right side of my belly button. The area seems larger then the left side too but I'm not sure if thats just how my body is.

Unless the secretary at the urologist office can work something out, the soonest I can see the urologist is the 20th, and I want to just see what others think...
