Q: Greenish discharge

Hello all-
This might be a bit too much information for some, so i'm sorry in advance.I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been doing fine until yesterday. Yesterday and today I have been getting greenish tinged discharge pretty much everytime I use the bathroom. It is odorless and painless, and I know it is normal to have an increase in discharge while pregnant, but I'm concerned anyway. Has this happened to anyone? Any ideas of what it might be?

I'm not pregnant, but I know that I had green discharge once right before I found out I had a urinary tract infection. I don't know if that's what it is, but...
