My long-term partner and I had sex 2 months ago, but the condom broke and he came in me, so I had to take one of those levonorgestrel-based pills for fast contraception. All is well in that department, but 10 hours after I took the pill (and about a day after the act) I had this green vaginal discharge that didn't seem to stop, and pain in the ovaries due to the drug... I went to see a gynecologist, she examined me thoroughly, took a vaginal probe for microbiology testing and the results were the following: Candida Non-Albicans and Streptoccoccus B Agalactiae. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics for the Strep infection, which, as the second microbiology testing shows, has been cured, so today I started taking a Fluconazole-based drug for the Candida. BUT! This vaginal discharge simply won't stop. The doctor said I shouldn't worry about Trichomoniasis or Gonorrhea, simply because this microbiology test clearly shows if I have any of these, and it came out negative, twice. What should I do, then, do STD tests somewhere, or what?...

Your doctor didn't say anything about the continuing discharge?
If it doesn't stop and your doctor says it perfectly fine then I guess I would ask for a second opinion or get STD tests done.
