Clearly, drinking green tea / coffee alone is not going to be satisfactory for significant weight loss. Still, green tea can still be quite useful as a weight loss aid. The extra 80 calories per day can be just what a person needs to tip the scale from a calorie surplus to a calorie deficit, especially when following a balanced nutrition and exercise regime.

i also drink green tea, i don't think it would make you lose weight unless you exercise
i think it just helps you sweat more and keeps you energize to do more exercise

this is just my opinion...im not an expert
i guess it has different effects with different persons

As I suppose green tea has much better ingredients and is good for health rather than green coffee.. Although green coffee is also good for health but coffee has some strong ingredients also which results bad in excess..
