Q: Green skin tag ?

I have a skin tag on the inside of my leg, it has never really bothered me before untill last night i noticed it had gone really sore and greenish coloured. I'm not sure if i have caught it or streched it, anyone got any ideas what it could be? and ifi should seek medical attention, thanks.

Extremely eHealthy

It looks like you have infected and inflamed the already existent skin growth, leading to formation of pus (the color of pus is yellow, or yellow-green), and soreness.
Can you see redness around the growth?
For how long you have this skin tag?
