gallstones
Hi Rachael, i am also 23 and i have been having the pain you described for the last year mine also began after my daughter was born when she was around 4 weeks old, she is now 14 months old. I went to a&e around 13 times trying to get answers and nothing until i told a doctor that i thought it was gallstones which they still didnt believe! I was diagnosed 6 weeks ago and i am awaiting an operation. I think that you need to just push and push with the doctors/hospital and ask for every test there is to do! they are horrible things to have, and even more horrible and frustrating when it feels no one is listening to you and especially with a baby! the green sludge when you go to the toilet is also a symptom associated with gallstones it can be sludge in your common bile duct where a stone can be stuck i have this and it was only detected during an mri scan! i hope you get sorted really really soon and just dont give up with the hospital and doctors! take care!
