I went to the doctor today for my six week checkup. He said that he saw what he thought might be a granuloma, the size of the first section of his pointer finger. He also said that he had never seen one that large though, which made him believe it may be an organ, ie my fallopian tubes.

He may have to go in vaginally and laprascopically, I don't know what the recovery time will be, does anyone have any ideas?
