I suffer from bouts of gout and i love fresh tomatoes, will they aggravate or bring on a Gout attack?

From all of the diet "what to eat and what not to eat list" for gout that I have acquired, Tomatoes are not on them.

I would eat everything in moderation and try to keep it all balanced.

Cherries (and other berries) and lemons are very good for fighting gout.
