got period 7 days late & smooth acne free skin

I got my period this morning, it was 7 days late. I thought maybe stress had caused it to be delayed but it had never been this late. I was wondering if I was pregnant because I usually have a rough bumpy face due to acne scars and acne and one morning I woke up and it was just all gone. My skin was beautiful, its still beautiful, but Im on my period, which is unusual because usually on my period and before my period i have an out break.. I did break out a little bit about a week ago or so and then it cleared up into beautiful soft smooth skin. Is there any way im pregnant ? i took a pregnancy test and 3 and 4 days late for my period and it was negative. Should I be worried ? im just very curious as to why my face is all beautiful suddenly
