got a lump under my neck+ extreme dandruff

suddenly i got a lump under my neck . it is not emitting extreme pain .. just like itch ... it is only two days after i got this but it grew fast.. and it is bothering me..

it happens like this first i have extreme dandruff because of the new shampoo is not compatible with me then i got bruises on my scalp then after a day i suddenly noticed a lump now in my front right side of my neck..

well i dont drink and smoke but i extreme change in diet and sleep .. i sleep like 12hrs.

well im kinda annoyed by the itching feeling..... oh and also I dont have fever or anything in last 6 months or so... im kinda worried only
