hey buddy I hope your goals are coming closer and closer everyday, I would suggest next time you train your abs to take a nitric oxide, this will give you a solid pump and really make your abs come out especially when your are doing low heavy reps. After that do 20 crunches really slow and exhale compltely out, even when you feel you have breathed completly out keep blowing! you target the inner abs. Not sure what its called but im sure you remember feeling sore when you laugh so hard for such a long time.. same concept
