Hey, I work every day of the week and have to get up at 5:30am. The weekend are the only mornings I get to rest up because I usually stay up with my boyfriend until 11 or 12, its the only quality time we get during the week since he's at work all week too. But on the weekends I'm so stressed and I keep knowing I wont get those extra hours, and I'm tired of makeup that cant hide the dark circles under my eyes lol, I look like a raccoon. Anyways, I've tried a bath, I've tried sex, I've tried warm milk. Are there any other tips and tricks for a good nights sleep?

I like oatmeal. If I eat enough I usually dose off. I also take over the counter sleeping pills and they work great for falling asleep.

oatmeal is out of the question lol, i grew up with parents who shoved cold oatmeal down my throat and every single time i hated the taste and i'd throw up. It stopped after elementary school. But sleeping pills could work, are they expensive?

I like to play this video before bed as it rests my thoughts and mind. That is very important for a good night's sleep here's the address; youtube.com/serenitytelevision. The soothing music and nature videos are great.
