Sounds like a hemorroid..Very tender area..Try sitting with leg propped up in a very warm bath and massage gently to see if this helps..Or if you can stand it use a wash cloth as hot as you can stand it and place up against the area..Not every one has blood some just have the swelling..If it does not erlax and go back in then you may need to see the doctor to be sure what it is..Could be an affected hair as well..
