sir,

i have a small internal hermorrhoids around my annus and it doesnt give me pain but sometime disturbances while sitting .i have question regarding this?can i go to gym and do body bulding if i have internal hermorrhoids ????will that Affect me?????

Only if you over do on your weight lifting...Sometimes they can pop them out...
