Going in for a biopsy....

I am a 40 year old female. Obese and previous health issues was grave's disease. Had the radioactive iodine treatment 20 years ago and have taken thyroid replacement since.
Since the beginning of the year I have have a fever (measurement taken by my dr too not just myself) usually low grade, constantly getting sick - every month.Night sweats and sweat attacks. Swollen lymph nodes in my neck - ct scan and ultrasound confirmed.
Extreme tireness and general not feeling well. I also had blood work which shows anemia (have had for a couple of years now) elevated white blood count, elevated ESR, LDH was normal, positive for previous EBV. This is been consistent since doing the blood test in April every month. Have been tested for HIV, Mono, TB,Hep all come back negative.
Surgeon is doing the biopsy on the neck node in 2 weeks.
I am now experiencing for the last 2 days extreme body aches - joints and all over achiness and getting hypoglycemic - shakes, tremor, etc.
Do these new symptoms sound like lymphoma or not? My dr is on the fence about what is causing my issues - says its either lymphoma or a viral but because its been going on for so long its unusual. Appreciate any feedback.

Well had my surgery yesterday. Not too bad - a little sore but the pain pills take care of the discomfort. Hopefully will have results next week when I get the stitches removed. Dr said it was "juicy" - I guess meaning it was big and plump.
