Hi there.

I'm pretty certian I've got depression. Its been a rough year and an even rougher 3 months for me. I believe I actually started being depressed about 2 months ago but I covered it up and its finally broken me down. I intend to go and see the emergancy nurse today and hopefully get referred to see a doctor.

But I'm gonna feel stupid oging and tlkaing to someone baout this and I want to be taken seriosuly, how do I best handle the meeting of the nurse/doctor?
