I have been diagnosed with a degenerative disk in my lumbar along with one that has ruptured and has scar tissue. I, unfortunately have to live with these sciatic symptoms for life, because I was told they never go away. After a few months of therapy, I felt great and got back to 100%. Even though it won't go away, that was an awesome time. I was out of work for months and now that I am back, I have been working so much that my energy levels have dropped from all the OT and weird hours and I have been broke and haven't taken my supplements for two weeks. I started to feel symptomatic again, do you think it is the fact that I haven't been taking my glucosamine???

yes, it is posible, if u stop using something and then symptoms reappear, then that something may be the one preventing the symptoms from appearing, try taking it again and see what happens, many times trial and error is absolutely necessary in order to evaluate effectiveness of certain dietary supplements, if u are looking for an online store wherein u can buy some or all of your nutritional supplements, why not try my favorite online store, iherb.com, prices are very low and so is shipping , besides u can use my code to get a five peso discount, but it will only work if u are a first time iherb buyer, my code is ben160
