Q: Glans exposed

I'm a 20 year old guy who suffered from Phimosis. Up until a couple of months ago I didn't even know that there was a problem. Since then, I purchased a product I found on the internet which was basically a bunch of stretching exercises to fix phimosis.

Today during the exercises I got my foreskin behind the glans for the first time. However, it didn't return to it's normal state. It's not paraphimosis as it definitely is back over the head.

There used to be a bit of overhang and I couldn't see any of my glans when flaccid, however, now when flaccid I can see a couple of cm of it.

It feels uncomfortable probably because I've never had much of my head exposed before so it feels weird.

I'm wondering, though, is this normal?

Is it normal for your foreskin not to overhang completely and am I just feeling weird because I'm not used to it?

At the minute I'm scared to get an erection in case something is wrong..

Rid of phimosis and movable foreskin.
If the movement of the foreskin continues, then you won't need to be circumcised unless you want to. The penis would look better if you were circumcised and got rid of the overhang. As far as the glans is concerned, be sure you use a mild soap and warm water to clean it twice a day. That will prevent bacteria forming under the foreskin. It will prevent any fishy odor. If you are able to keep the foreskin back of the glans, then it will be drier and and less sesitive. That is known as Japanese circumcision. You should be able to have an erection and masturbate. In sexual intercourse, the foreskin should move back and forth.
