Laboratory results can be used for diagnostic and for determining treatment only if they are related to symptoms and if a physical exam and perhaps other tests are done.
The laboratory results might indicate that your thyroid gland is not producing enough hormones and as a result the pituitary gland produces more Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in order to stimulate the thyroid gland to produce more hormones.
Since the primary disorder might be the decreased function of the thyroid gland, you might want to consult with endocrinologist about this condition and if and what medication is needed.
