Q: Girlfriend can't get me to ejaculate

My girlfriend of four months and I have sex about once a week and if we don't have sex, she tries to give me a handjob. The problem is, during sex I've only ejaculated once and from manual stimulation I haven't really come close. Does anyone have a suggestion for me to help with this?
