Girl's Name... Posted: 04-23-08 20:18pm
...So I'm not pregnant *yet*, but my
fiance and I are TTC # 1, so of course
I've already got names on the brain. I have a girl's
name that I absolutely LOVE but I'm not
sure if it's too "out there"...just hoping
to get some opinions.
The name is Gemma (pronounce
"Jem-mah")...it means "gem, or jewel" and
I just think it's so pretty...
What do you guys think?

I think it is cute. It kind of sounds like
Jenna a little bit, but i think it woulld
be a very cute name and it is unique,
soyou dont have to worry about having 10
other people in her grade with the same
name

I really like it. I know it's common in
England, but it's a very rare name in the
United States, so I don't think popularity
is an issue here.

I'm still not sure... that's because I
used to know an awful Gemma, but now I
know the pretties tiniest girl Gemma....
I think I like it.
