Q: gfr results

my name is maria alvarez, i am 44 years old , recently i did a general laboratories and my gfr > 60, creatinine 0.9 , cholesterol 265, all others results were normal .
i had history of kidney disease , hyperparathiroidism under control today , kidney stone (under control ) and nephrocalcinosis , what i can do for help miself to have healthier kidneys .

The first thing to do would be to control blood pressure, below 130/80 would be good. If you are diabetic, blood sugar should also be controlled.

A good help is to control protein intake, not too much that you don't get enough protein but don't go overboard on protein because they are heavy on the kidneys.

Aside from that, the other things would be to have regular checks with your doctor to monitor the progress.
