Q: Getting tramadol out of system

Dear sirs
I am trying to get rid of tramadol from my body i have been taking ultram retard long acting pills for 2 months
the dose i am taking is 200 mg every week i deccrease the dose like
from 200 mg to 150
from 150 to 100
from 100 to 50
is thta a good and safe way to stop the narcotic??
