Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If the regular ovulation is taking place then it is possible to conceive till the eggs are being formed. But plan pregnancy soon because as age increases quality and quantity of egg declines.
There is no precaution as such because it is formed due to hormonal derangements.Just keep watching that the weight does not increase and also periods are regular.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist so that medications can be started soon for Polycystic.

Take Care!
