Q: Getting pregnant while pregnant

ok i am 37 weeks now and 2cm dilated...my husband and i still do have sex (since i heard it was safe), but he doesnt wear protection, since i am already pregnant i wouldnt think it was a problem now..BUT i was wondering is there anyway i can get pregnant again at this time being 37 weeks and 2cm??

--so i gues i am also asking ..will i be pregnant after my baby arrvies since i am dilated?

NOOOO!! You are not ovulating any more. Conception has nothing to do with dilation!!
