Extremely eHealthy
some women ovulate 14 days after their period
others ovulate earliest 6 days after their period,
or latest 30 days after a missed period.

the only thing to do right now, is wait till your period comes and if it doesnt take a home pregnancy test. if you ovulated 23 days after your period, that would mean your ovulating right now because today is 23 days. what you could do, is get a ovulation kit, you pee o a stick [much like a pregnancy test] and it will tell you if you are ovulating or not.

Also if you are just getting off birth control, you may not be able to conceive for a while. That's why the statistic is that it takes an average of a year for healthy couples to conceive.

Good luck.

it could be PMS symptoms too.
If you still feel symptoms or think you could be pregnant, take a test.
your period could be coming soon and that could be the cause of the cramps.
You could be stessing over trying to get pregnant and thinking maybe you are which is making it hard to sleep too, so take a test, and if its negative get an ovulation kit, and try again.
