hello doctor,

I am 29 years old and i had fibroids in my uterus which was removed two months ago. 2 months before this operation, i had quite a heavy menstuation and since then i have not had menstruation again. After a test made, my doctor told me i had hormone inbalance.

My main problem right now is i need a child badly, because i do not have menstruation i cannot time myself very well. My doctor has given me some pills to take to bring my hormones back to normal, but i would like to ask that is it possible to get pregnant without menstruating?

If yes, how can i time my ovulation periods?
