Extremely eHealthy (online)
It will be extremely difficult. Over 45 your fertility drops off dramatically on top of the already large drop-off you already experienced from 35 to 40 and 40 to 45.

Statistically, at 45 you have a 69% chance of being totally infertile and only a 5% chance of being totally fertile. The other 26% of women are fertile on an on and off basis (so not every cycle).

The best is to see a fertility specialist.

Best of luck!!
