getting pregnant after tubal ligation

I had my tubes tied about 6 yrs ago. Ever since getting that done i have had alot of discomfort during sex. Sometimes the pain is there and sometimes its not. My question is, can i get pregnant after my tubes were tied. I have been having symptoms of being pregnant. I feel sick alot, urinating alot and tired all the time. It even feels sometimes like i can feel a flutter in my stomach and i dont know if thats just gas. I get my period regularly as i am on the patch as well. The patch is to regulate my period. So if any one may have some possible answers, any help with be great. Thanks
