Welcome to the forum Lucky. It could be that your cycle is starting up again now that you are off the BC, but it might take some time for your fertility to get back on track. Did you talk to your doctor before you stopped taking it? Sometimes it helps to stop taking it at the end of a cycle so that you don't have irregular bleeding.

It takes the average couple a year to conceive, and I think mainly because of birth control. I am not saying that you won't conceive before a year, but do be patient and have fun trying while you are waiting for a positive pregnancy test.

"In general, the middle of the month is when ovulation and potentially conception are most likely to take place, so the optimal fertile window is a couple of weeks after stopping contraception."
