Cryosurgery for cervical dysplasia does not interfere with the possibility of getting pregnant. However, you have to be sure that the cervical dysplasia (the condition that the cryosurgery was applied for) is completely solved because the cervical dysplasia might develop rapidly into cervical cancer due to the changes in the immune system that might be caused by the pregnancy.
