Okay, so my girlfriend and I have been having sex with just a condom, but we really want to make it safer because we both get nervous about pregnancy and i can't afford to buy a morning after pill each time we have sex. So I was wondering about getting a pill prescription.

See, my girlfriend has this fear of being seen by a doctor without clothes on. And so she has been avoiding an appointment with a women's clinic. She really wants to get a prescription for the pill, but is afraid she'll need that kind of checkup to get one. Will she need that, or will she be able to just be seen for the pill prescription without that being a part of it?

probably a pap test too
doctors dont usually just hand out birth control prescriptions

Taking the morning after pill every time you two have sex is not only expensive but that can be bad for her. Those are harsh pills and I don't reccomend taking them often. She needs to be seen by a doctor to have a pap done to screen for cervical cancer and other diseases especially since she is sexually active. Assure her that doctors see people "naked" all the time and have seen EVERYTHING. They don't stare at you naked. She will be given a gown and a sheet to put on her lap. When examined they will just lift the lower half of the gown and sheet while she is laying down. The only other thing they will do besides the pelvic exam is a breast exam in which they don't really look at your breasts they slip their hand under and feel them for lumps. Really very simple and it will give her piece of mind knowing she had all the proper screenings done and can get on birth control.
