i know its such a hard time and it is hard to get over it but hun when there is a will there is away. since your seeking help then you are taking the first step.
1. open a new page forget the past forget what happen forget ur last relationship
2. think and work on the future learn how to build a better future and go for it
3. find a therapist ......try going back to some good friends positive friends
4. find some new activities to do even though you don't feel like it.
5. prepare a schedule what new stuff or places you want to go to or try.
6. go back to your family if they are supportive.
7. remember that there is some one who would never forget you and gives when ever you ask the powerful, merciful god
