Q: Genuine sources for viagra

Hello everybody, this is my first post so be gentle with me if it's inappropriate!

I need to get some viagra but my doctor is absolutely useless. I am wary of buying online as there are so many fake suppliers out there. Could anyone recommend any online suppliers of GENUINE viagra, or other means of obtaining it?
