Q: Genitals touching through clothes

can touching of the genitals with proper clothes on them can lead to pregnancy? me and my boyfriend were kissing and cuddling each other and he was lying on me. for a minute or so,i felt his genitals pushing against mine. is it possible that he ejaculated and his sperms reach my genital,and lead to my pregnancy?
