hello. I have a quick question about genital warts. about 3 years ago i had sex with someone and about 12 to 24 hours later i had small red dots on my penis. is it possible to have symptoms of genital warts this soon after sex? and are there other causes of these red dots after sex? or is it a for sure genital warts diagnosis. as i said before it has been about 3 years and i have had absolutely no symptoms of warts or anything. thank you for your help and time.
