Q: genital warts ?

Okay so I went to the doctor after a couple months of suspecting if I had genital warts or not and he told me that he was unable to tell but he would take a blood sample to check for syphillis or herpes. He told me to come back if it got any worse. So now I'm thinking "what the hell?" There is obviously a dome shaped bump right where my shaft meets the penis and there is some sort of rash right next to it. Should I get a second opinion? What else could it be for him to not be able to tell me?

Personally, i don't think you have neither syphilis nor genital herpes.
If this was indeed a case of syphilis, your bump should be transformed in an ulcer till now.
Genital herpes is usually presented with multiple small red bumps which later develop into painful blisters, following crusting, forming a scab and healing.

What's the color of this bump?
Is it soft, raised mass with a smooth surface?
Does it feel itchy?

It's light red.. pinkish color. It's raised like a dome with a smooth surface and it doesnt itch at all. It's located on my shaft right where it meets my pelvis. Now I've noticed two more little spots but they are as about as big of a tip of a tooth pick. Same thing.. they don't itch and all 3 of them haven't progessively gotten any worse. Should I see a dermatologist?
