I have two different bumps of skin on the shaft of my penis. They both appeared after separate times of masturbation that left the skin on my shaft raw and open in these places. They look just like scar tissue that has healed over these spots. One is flesh colored and the other is slightly lighter (like scar tissue). There is no discomfort or itching, and they look the same after soaking in apple cider vinegar, and no other areas of my penis turned white at all.

I'm certainly concerned if they are warts because I have had unprotected sex before. (never during a time when I've had any of these masturbation wounds open though).
But they only appear exactly where these wounds were and healed...so it seems that they are just scars from rough masturbation.

I know the smart thing is to just get checked up, but I don't have insurance. I know the vinegar test is not very reliable in diagnosing, as many other things other than warts will turn white from vinegar. But I've read that if it doesn't turn white at all, it would be really hard to say that it's anything but healthy skin.
