Genital warts on penis

Hi ok first of all i caught Genital warts from my Ex under year ago they are on my foreskin they aren't red or to big more pinky but definately warts and they are clumped on side and one seperate on the other side last month i noticed i have one on the bottom of my penis too. Tomorrow im working up the courage to go to the local GUM/STD clinic thing is i'm very worried they wont be able to do anything is this true?

I know you can use Warticon for them but will the doctor prescribe me if they are on my foreskin? or will they get blasted.

I haven't have any sexual intercourse since as obviously this isn't something nice.

Also i have no warts on the actual penis head.
