You do not have them in your mouth or thraot.
You don't have to have genital to genital contact in order to contract genital warts. They are cause by the human papilloma virus. Once that is in your system (from oral sex), it can cause the warts to form.

The virus is passed through skin-to-skin contact, but not everyone who's been exposed to the virus will develop genital warts.

It doesn't mean you can't get genital warts on your mouth, though. Some strains can be. Obviously, the girl passed it to your penis with her mouth.

You really should use protection with oral sex, just like you would (or should) with vaginal sex. Genital warts aren't only dangerous for women. They can cause oral cancers. Also, now that you know you have genital warts, you need to be really careful with your future partners (in what ever capacity) so you don't spread it.

Well I profirmed oral sex on her. But ever since I found out I have thease warts it's made me be more carefull.
