Alright...I really just want to get this information clear here... In reference to Wikipedia and Other HPV information sites online.. the result of Genital Wart infection is this.

No Cure for Genital Warts

CDC report:- After 2 years 91% of studied infectees... with no immune system disorders (such as HIV, sickness, injury, stress etc) are cleared of the virus.

This is broken down to what modern medical knowledge as we see it... right now AUG 2008.
(Q1 of 5) Is this Correct??
(Q2 of 5) Does this mean it is cured by a healthy immune system or will this condition prevail forever?

I have been diagnosed with Genital warts.. being an ex sailor I did my fair share of sleeping around without protection..I admit my stupid mistakes. About 9 months ago I got a tiny bump...thinking it was an ingrown hair I tryed squeezing it and it spread down onto my penis from the baseline. I had about 3 of them and then having a work accident my immune system must of suffered the stress from it and I had an outbreak of probably 15 bumps. Finally after 5 doctors a sample taken and thats what they found it was. HPV. After all that suicidal thoughts in my head as I've really had enough of whats going on with my poor fella downstairs.
(Thinkin will I ever have sex again without fear of giving this terrible thing to someone else)

I like to shave and when I got all these bumps frozen off...I decided to shave myself and somehow it resulted in a new outbreak... so now Im leaving it for a bit....

I think my immune system is fighting it now, I've been taking strong immune support tablets from the drug store.. and finding my pelvic glands are swollen...(doc tells me this is a result of body fighting the virus.. although it is a little discomforting as it feels like someone lightly punched my bladder)

Vaccine news is great....but its useless if ur already infected....

(Q3 of 5) Is it worth taking vaccine anyway??
(Q4 of 5) Does Vaccine mean they can achieve cure eventually?

(Q5 of 5) Can Genital warts be spread between partners after they have been diagnosed on someone whos symptoms have come and gone..?

Eg: If I last a handful of months without an outbreak of warts, eating healthy and fitness.. immune system support... should I feel comfortable sleeping with a new partner?
