Q: Genital Warts diagnosis?

I'm worried I have genital warts. I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago and it caused what I thought to be originally an ingrown hair bump to become a flesh colored raised wart. Now I'm worry I might have contracted a form of the HPV. Once I had seen its growth I popped it and a white fluid emerged. Is this a sign? I'm going to get it checked out later this week. Does anyone have any common remedies or tests for me to make sure? Also I read in another post about the apple cider vinegar clearing the wart. Can anyone else verify this?
