Both infections can be transmitted even when there are no evident symptoms of them.
Herpes virus can be shed from the genital area when there is an outbreak of lesions (the chances to get infected are the biggest at this time), when there aren't symptoms presented since the infection is a lifelong one.
Use of condoms reduces the risk for infection, but not completely since the virus can be shed from the parts of the genital area that couldn't be covered.
Transmission can be done through vaginal, anal and oral sex.
Suppressive therapy for genital herpes infection and achieving good immune system, is important in reducing the chances for passing the genital herpes to the partner.
Avoid sexual contact while your girlfriend is treated for the genital warts.
HPV virus is located in genital warts and it is very infective one and easily transmitted.
In 90% of cases, the body’s immune system clears the HPV infection naturally within two years.

Best wishes!
