Am writing to you for the 3rd time. Request your help although I understand you have million emails to tend to.

Had handjob exposure at massage parlour last week of Nov 08.

Feb 1st week 09 - burning and mild itching while urinating. Subsequently some ulcerations developed on the inside of the foreskin (uncircumsised). But no pain, very mild fever, no swelling or headache or groin pain or abs pain etc.

Contacted hospital where i was tested for (around 10 weeks after exposure)

1) Gonn, Clym - negative
2) Syphillius Titer - negative
3) Hep B and C - negative
4) HIV - negative
5) Herpes - negative

6) Urine Culture - Sensitivity to Enterococcus Faecilis. 10000 - 50000 CFU/ml

Contacted 4 doctors - one Urology specialist as well. But received 4 different diagnosis
Doc 1 - Put me through STD tests and suspected Herpes or Gonn. Prescribed 10 day course of Doxycyclin and Valrex. Finished taking those. Didnt wait for results.
Doc 2 - Suspected Herpes but waited till Urine Culture and prescribed Antibacterial drug
Doc 3 - Urology Specialist - Suspected Herpes but prescribed Triamcinolone Nystaxin oinment (hope got the spelling correct). Advised follow-up after one month.
Doc 4 - Checked test reports and said e.coli like infection. Asked me to take lots of water and get circumsised.

Am very confused as I have received 4 different diagnosis plus the infection didnt reduce much. However, never developed pain or anything. But during this course of 2 weeks, noticed some sort of allergy like ulcerations at the corners of my lips and spread througout the upper and lower lipline. Angular Chelitis

Need your help
1) Does the reports confirm this is not any STD - like Herpes, HIV etc?
The ulcerations developed exactly at the place on the foreskin the massuse touched me. So, freaking out.
Do you think getting one infection from this exposure - means could get any infection(like HIV) - especially the inside part of foreskin touches the urethra and moist in general.

2) Do I need to get retested - as the tests all fall within 3 month period of exposure? However, took tests after the ulcerations occured.

3) Do I believe from the results, Culture results and diagnosis that it may just be bacterial infection? Should I continue the Steroid, antifungal oinment?

4) Do you think the genital ulcerations and rashes on the lips may be related?
Does it mean my immune system is weak? Should I repeat tests - such as Herpes, HIV after 3 month period?

even if the massuse touched the inside of my foreskin there aint any risk ? i mean if she had infection or sores that caused the infection i have or something like that and in that case, i am freaking out what if one infection too many is passed on in the context of hiv? the inside of the foreskin touched the opening of the urethra directly right? this bit of doubt - can you clarify please?

Please respond. Freaking out and completely under stress. Am a high performer at work however not able to concentrate now. 3 our of 4 doctors have said I am guilty and psycologically upset, and healthwise everything is alright.
