Current medical status: the area around my clit is very sore during sex, and also my periods, it doesnt seem to be swollen or red. it sometimes sting when i go to the toilet but very rearly.

An increased irritation might have caused the soreness. A yeast infection might have also contributed to increased sensitivity of the area. The stinging you mentioned might indicate a urinary infection or sexually transmitted disease. You might want to see your gynecologist for basic laboratory tests, as well as tests for sexually transmitted diseases. AuUrine culture with antibiogram might also be helpful.

Meanwhile, you might try an over the counter antifungal cream, and abstinence for several days.
