According to the symptoms you reported (itching, burning and cyst-like lump in the genital area) it is possible that you might be experiencing inflammation of the skin or mucosal structures. The inflammation is most likely to be caused by either bacteria or fungi.
You might want to visit your gynecologist for a physical examination and probably a swab, to clearly determine the cause. If bacteria are found then antibiotics would be recommended, whereas antifungal medications would be given if a fungal infection is detected.
What is very important, is that all the medications you might be given have to be allowed to be taken in pregnancy to keep your baby healthy. Your gynecologist might be the one who knows best what medications are most useful and cannot harm the baby at the same time. No over the counter products or medications are recommended for use without consulting with your gynecologist first. In the end, if possible, applying creams topically is always more secure than taking them any other way (tablets or as intramuscular or intravenous injection).
