My boyfriend has a rash in his genital area and somewhat blistery. He hasn't used any other bodywash or shampoo. He does work on boats and uses pressure sand and other chemicals. Im guessing something with the chemicals is affecting him, but wanting to know if there is something he can use.

It's most likely jock itch, especially if he works in a marina or is exposed to wet places. It looks like a raised rash and/or blisters. He needs anti-fungal medication. He should see a doctor.
