Current medical status: Around my vagina there was/is reaccuring lumps...sometimes they are painless and sometimes after I go to the washroom and wipe it hurts..I am not currently sexually active so I don't really know whats going on. I am still a virgin, so this kind of scares me.
Current medical treatment: I have not taken any treatment for this although it does go away after about 2-5 days then comes back in about 3 months.

It is hard to say what the lump is without seeing it. However, considering the fact that the lump goes and comes back, you might be experiencing an inflammation of the skin glands. Local irritation due to contact allergy might be the cause for the lumps. A bacterial or fungal infection might be another possible cause. You might want to see your family doctor or a dermatologist for the exact diagnosis and treatment.
