i fell on a rail, now i cant get an
erection. Will it come back? My penis is
now always alittle firm. It is very tender
especially when i get an erection (which
is not fully hard/firm anymore). When I
first fell, the next days I had a
permanent full blown erection which were
extremly tender, couldnt even wear jeans.
Since then it has been going down, now I
beleive it is as down as it will go, but
yet still alittle firm. Im just scared it
wont come back. Also my penis is starting
to curve- even more than before. It has
been about 3 weeks since the fall.

You didn’t tell me anything about the
injuries during that fall! Trauma can
cause erectile dysfunction if nerves or
blood vessels involved in the
erection-process are damaged. Permanent
erection (priapismus) is a serious
condition especially if it lasts too long.
You SHOULD have consulted a urologist when
you got that “permanent full blown
erection which was extremely tender”.
You may want to request a physical
examination and vascular examinations of
the penis. Curving of the penis can be
also due to some injury inside the penis.
