hello dr

lately i have noticed small red lumps around the head or rim of my penis during and after masturbation or sexual intercourse
they are barley visable when im am not erect like small red pin pricks i had a couple there a while ago but in the last
couple of weeks its seems like there are more and more its doesnt hurt when i pee no discharge or other symtems that i know of
please help thank you for you time

According to the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing a genital infection. You might want to visit a urologist who will do a urethral swab and a swab from the glans. The swab might tell exactly what the cause (bacterial or fungal infection) is and determine the further treatment (antibiotic or antifungal medication)
